Terms of Use
Last updated: 17 September 2026
Read this before you apply. It sets out the arrangement between you and HyreFrame when you use hyreframe.com. Continuing to use the site means these terms apply to you.
The operator
HyreFrame operates this website from Griffith, New South Wales, and can be reached at careers@hyreframe.com. References to we, us and our mean HyreFrame.
Definitions
A listing is a position shown on this site. An employer is the business that would engage you. An applicant is a person submitting details through the form. An introduction is the act of passing an application to an employer with the applicant agreement.
The nature of the service
We advertise positions, take applications, and introduce applicants to employers. We are not the hiring employer. No contract of employment, no agency relationship and no engagement of any kind arises between you and HyreFrame by applying here. Whatever arrangement follows is between you and that employer.
Accuracy of listings
Every listing reflects what the employer has described to us at the time of writing. Employers fill positions, change the scope of work, and withdraw openings, sometimes without notice to us. We therefore do not warrant that a listing remains available, and an introduction is not an offer of work.
The application process
Complete the form, and WhatsApp will open with a prepared message. You must press send yourself; until you do, the application sits unread in the queue. Where WhatsApp is unavailable to you, email careers@hyreframe.com and your application will be handled that way instead.
No charge to applicants
Applying and being introduced are free. We do not sell starter packs, we do not take deposits, we do not sell credits or coins, we do not charge to unlock a listing, and we do not ask anyone to transfer money before wages are released. Requests of that kind made in our name are fraudulent and should be reported to us.
Rates, hours and conditions of work
Payment, payment timing and working hours are determined by the employer, not by us. Obtain written confirmation from the employer before you start: the registered name of the business, the nature of the work, the rate, the expected hours, and when payment is made. Do not proceed on the basis of a verbal summary or on anything we have paraphrased.
Consistency between advertising and this site
Where an advertisement and this website say different things, report it to us and we will correct whichever is inaccurate. We do not treat a general statement on this page as overriding a specific representation made in an advertisement.
Personal information
Our handling of your details is described on the privacy page. Submitting the form indicates you are content for us to hold those details for the purpose described there and to introduce you to the relevant employer.
Acceptable use
You must not submit another person details, provide false information, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, extract its contents by automated means, or use it to promote goods or services of your own. Applications that breach this may be discontinued.
Intellectual property
The text, arrangement, imagery and code of this site are owned by us or used under licence. You may view and print pages for personal use. Reproduction, republication or the creation of a derivative site is not permitted. Material you submit remains yours; you grant us permission to use it solely to introduce you to an employer.
Third party services
The form is operated by WhatsForm, messaging is carried by WhatsApp, and hosting and email routing are provided by Cloudflare. Those services operate under their own terms and their own availability, neither of which we control.
Availability of the site
We try to keep the site running continuously but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, provider incidents and events beyond our control may interrupt access.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a term conflicts with such a right, that right prevails and the remainder of these terms continues in force.
Limitation of liability
Subject to the paragraph above, we are not liable for an employer hiring decision, for an employer conduct, for wages paid or withheld by an employer, or for indirect or consequential loss including lost income or lost opportunity. Our responsibility extends to our own conduct, not to the conduct of businesses we introduce you to.
Errors
If anything on this site is inaccurate or out of date, tell us and we will correct it. We do not knowingly leave incorrect information published.
Your obligations
Provide accurate details, be straightforward with the employer about your availability, and let us know if your circumstances change so we do not put you forward for something unsuitable.
Matters beyond control
Neither party is in breach of these terms as a result of an event genuinely beyond its control, including network failures, actions of a public authority, or natural events.
Severability
Should any provision be found unenforceable, it is severed and the remaining provisions continue to apply.
Entire agreement
These terms, the privacy page and the compliance page together form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of this site, and supersede anything discussed beforehand.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Notices
Notices should be sent to careers@hyreframe.com and are treated as received on the next business day.
Amendment and contact
We may amend these terms. The version published when you use the site governs that use, and the date at the top records the last amendment. Questions can be sent to careers@hyreframe.com, Monday to Saturday, 9am–7pm AEST.
