Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 September 2026

This page belongs to HyreFrame, which operates hyreframe.com from Griffith, New South Wales, and puts people across Australia in front of employers offering home-based positions. We are the introducer. The employer is the one who takes you on. Everything below describes what happens to the details you send us.

The fields on the application form

Our form is built on WhatsForm and opens from whatsform.com/t_gwot. It is headed “Australia Jobs Application” and asks for:

Those seven boxes are the whole form. Nothing is collected in the background while you fill it in.

Information your browser sends

Every visit produces routine server records: an IP address, a browser and device description, the page requested, and a timestamp. These are created by our host as part of serving the page and are not tied to your application.

What is never requested

No passwords. No verification codes. No BSB, account or card numbers. No copies of a driver licence or passport. No tax file number. No payment of any kind. Anyone asking you for those while using our name is not us, and you should tell us about it.

The purpose behind holding it

One purpose only: a person reads your application, replies to you on WhatsApp, and passes your details to the employer whose listing you responded to. The email address gives us a second way to reach you when WhatsApp will not connect.

Things that do not happen to your details

They are not sold. They are not rented out, traded, or bundled into a list for anyone else. You are not signed up to a newsletter or a promotional campaign. Should a different employer ask to see your application later, we ask your permission first and only act on a yes.

Recipients

The employer behind the listing receives your details. When we make that introduction we state clearly that HyreFrame is the introducer and the employer is the hiring party, so there is no confusion about who you are dealing with. The only other parties involved are the providers listed next.

Providers we rely on, by name

There is no analytics account and no advertising conversion tag installed on this site at present. If one is added, this page is updated before it goes live.

When the law requires disclosure

A court order, a lawful demand from a regulator, or a legal obligation can require us to disclose records, and in that case we comply. There is no other route by which your details leave us.

The two-step application, explained

Submitting the form is step one. WhatsApp then opens with a message already typed out, which is step two. Opening WhatsApp sends nothing on its own; you press send, and you can change or delete the prepared wording beforehand. Your form entry has already reached WhatsForm by then, whether or not you continue.

Cookies on these pages

Our own pages set no tracking cookies. The embedded form may set a cookie or similar identifier so it can work properly. Clearing or blocking cookies in your browser will not stop you applying.

Storage period

An application is kept for twelve months counted from your most recent contact with us, then removed. Server logs last up to thirty days. A copy may survive in backups for up to another thirty days until those backups are cycled.

How the information is protected

Pages are served over HTTPS. Access to submitted applications is limited to the people who answer them, through individual accounts. That is what is in place; we are not going to claim a level of security beyond it.

Copies we no longer control

After an introduction, the employer holds its own copy under its own privacy arrangements. Your WhatsApp thread sits with Meta and on your handset. Deleting our record has no effect on either, and it is better that you know that than be told everything can be erased on request.

Access, correction and erasure

Email careers@hyreframe.com to ask what we hold, to have something corrected, or to have it deleted. You can also object to us holding it or ask us to stop using it. We respond within thirty days. An introduction that has already been made cannot be recalled, though we will tell the employer you have withdrawn.

Your rights under Australian law

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988. If you are unhappy with how we have handled something, raise it with us first and we will review it properly before you take it any further.

Nothing is decided by software

There is no automated screening. Applications are read by a person, and hiring decisions belong to the employer.

Minimum age

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly retain applications from anyone under eighteen and will delete such a record if we find one.

Raising a concern

Write to careers@hyreframe.com describing what happened. A person reviews it and replies to you directly rather than sending a form letter.

Where the information is processed

The providers named above run their services from data centres in several countries, so your details may be processed on servers located outside Australia. Where that happens, it happens under the contractual protections those providers apply to all of their customers. We do not choose a particular country for storage and we do not move applicant records around ourselves.

If something goes wrong with the data itself

If an incident occurs that is likely to cause you serious harm, we assess it promptly, take steps to contain it, and notify you and the relevant authority in line with the notifiable data breaches scheme under the Privacy Act 1988. We would rather tell you directly and early than have you learn about it some other way. The same applies if one of our providers reports an incident affecting the records they hold for us.

Questions about a specific application

If you want to know exactly what was passed to a particular employer and when, ask us and we will tell you. There is nothing about your own application that we would keep from you, and knowing what an employer received is often the fastest way to sort out a misunderstanding.

Updates

Any change to how we handle your details, or any new provider, is reflected here before it takes effect, with the date at the top updated.
