Compliance and Risk Notice

Last updated: 17 September 2026

Anyone can read this page: applicants deciding whether to apply, employers deciding whether to list with us, and reviewers checking our advertising. It states the limits of what HyreFrame does and points out, honestly, where the risk in home-based work sits.

Our role, stated plainly

HyreFrame writes up positions described to us by employers, takes applications from people across Australia, and introduces one to the other. We do not employ anyone through this site, we do not operate a payroll, and we do not supervise the work. If you begin a position, your relationship is with the employer, not with HyreFrame.

What we will not claim

We do not claim you will be hired, that a listing is guaranteed to still be open, or that a particular level of income follows from applying. We publish no placement counts, no success percentages and no star ratings, because those are figures nobody outside the business can verify. If an advert elsewhere quotes such a figure alongside our name, tell us and we will have it corrected.

Money, and the warning signs

Applying is free and being introduced is free. At no point will we ask you for a deposit, for the purchase of equipment, for credits, for a top-up, or for a transfer of any kind before wages are released. Genuine work does not require the worker to pay first. If a request like that arrives bearing our name, do not send anything, and report it to careers@hyreframe.com.

Get the basics in writing before you start

Ask the employer, in writing, for the registered name of the business, a description of the work, the rate, the hours expected of you, and when payment is made. A WhatsApp message confirming those points is sufficient. An employer unwilling to confirm them in writing is worth hesitating over, and you are entitled to decline and tell us why.

How our listings are written

Listings are drawn from what the employer tells us. We do not invent earnings ranges, we do not embellish the workload, and we do not describe a position as more certain than it is. If a listing and an advertisement disagree, the fix is to correct the inaccurate one, not to hide behind a broad disclaimer.

Your information in short

The form collects your name, age, gender, nationality, city of residence, email address and WhatsApp number. Those go to the employer behind the listing, and to the providers that run the site. We hold them for twelve months from your last contact. The privacy page explains the rest, including how to have them corrected or deleted.

Tracking

This site currently runs no analytics account and no advertising conversion tag. If either is added later, both this page and the privacy page will say so before it goes live, and applicant names and contact numbers will not be placed into advertising measurement.

Age and right to work

The service is for adults only. Whether you hold the right to work in Australia is a matter between you and the employer, and it is the employer responsibility to verify it.

Equal treatment

Applications are passed on as received. We do not screen by gender, nationality or background. The form asks for those fields because employers request them, not because we use them to filter people out.

Reporting a problem

If a message, an advertisement or an approach from an employer does not look right, forward it to careers@hyreframe.com. We investigate, and where a listing turns out to be a problem we remove it rather than leave it running.

Complaints

Complaints go to the same address and are read by a person, who replies. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and the Privacy Act 1988 are unaffected by anything on this page, and you may pursue a matter further if our answer does not resolve it.
